First Hill included site Work & utility improvements for the street car maintenance facility located at 5th & Dearborn.  Import & export required for complex foundation construction.  Extensive cleanup of old City of Seattle maintenance yard.  20+ feet sewer tie in at 5th & Dearborn.   Project required utility work in conjunction with rail lines.
